This is the registration page for the 2026 Metro 4/SESARM Fall Air Directors Meeting with EPA Region 4 and the local and state air pollution control agencies in the Southeast. It is scheduled from 1:00 p.m (CT) Tuesday, October 27 through 11:30 a.m. (CT) Thursday, October 29.  Virtual attendees to the Metro 4/ SESARM meeting are not required to register on this website.   Details and registration information is as follows:

DIRECTIONS FROM THE HOTEL TO THE MEETING LOCATION:

Walking Directions: It is a 0.6 mi walk from the Hampton Inn & Suites, Nashville Downtown Capital View to the Snodgrass Tennessee Tower.

• Leaving the Hampton Inn & Suites front entrance, turn left (south) on 11th Ave. N.
• Turn left (northeast) on Dr. M.L.K. Jr Blvd toward downtown.  Walk 0.4 mi to 7th Ave N.
• Turn right (southeast) on 7th Ave. N.  Walk 0.1 mi. The entrance to the William R. Snodgrass Tennessee Tower is to your right.

• The nightly sleeping rate is $234 plus tax per night (GSA prevailing Govt rate may change on 10/1/26)
• The hotel has an onsite parking garage with self-parking controlled by Metropolis.  Self-parking rates are $40.00/night.
• Parking charges will be the responsibility of the individual guest.

REGISTER FOR THE METRO 4/SESARM AIR DIRECTORS’ MEETING:

• Requested registration deadline: Monday, October 12, 2026
• Log into the Metro 4/SESARM website: metro4-sesarm.org. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register.
• Go to "Begin Registration" at the bottom of this announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration.
• After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your meeting registration is complete.
• There is no registration fee for attending the Metro 4/SESARM meeting.
