The Visibility Improvement State and Tribal Association of the Southeast (VISTAS) facilitates cooperation and coordination among the entities implementing the regional haze program.
Southeastern States Air Resource Managers, Inc. (SESARM) works closely with its collaborating partner, Metro 4, Inc. (Metro 4). The two organizations support the state and local air pollution control agencies in the Southeast, enhancing communications, providing training, and otherwise improving the overall effectiveness of our member agencies in meeting air quality goals. Metro 4 and SESARM have operated a joint office and shared executive and administrative staff for over 30 years.
