Greg DeAngelo started as the Executive Director for Metro 4/SESARM in May 2022, where in addition to managing the administrative offices and directing the work of the staff, he is responsible for representing and advocating for the Metro 4 and SESARM agencies.  Greg has nearly 30 years of technical, project management, and senior leadership experience in air and water quality, most recently with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).  His air quality experience with DEP, the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, and air quality consultants spanned the areas of compliance and enforcement, permitting, and state and federal regulation development.  Greg holds an environmental engineering degree from the University of Florida, and is a registered Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional.
