tephanie Hammonds started working with Metro 4/SESARM in November 2022 as the Administrative/Financial Specialist. She is responsible for administrative support of general office operations and member agency needs; assisting with preparation of grant applications and reports; reviewing invoices and reimbursement requests for accuracy; entry of financial transaction information into the QuickBooks Online financial management system; assisting with payment obligations; and managing files. Stephanie retired from the West Virginia Division of Air Quality (DAQ) with 35 years of service. During her time at West Virginia DAQ, she was the statewide coordinator for the air fee program, lead FOIA official, and manager of the statewide Outreach Program. She supervised the statewide database and records management system for regulated facilities and the general public. And she coordinated, facilitated, and moderated public meetings and hearings. She holds an AS in business management from BridgeValley Community and Technical College.
