2026 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop ATTENTION: IF YOU ARE A VENDOR LOOKING TO REGISTER FOR THE VENDOR EXHIBITION, PLEASE GO BACK AND CLICK ON THE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PAGE.  EPA Region 4 staff will be meeting with Southeastern local, state and tribal air monitoring contacts. The meeting is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. ET Tuesday, May 5through 1:00 p.m. ET Thursday, May 7, 2026. We encourage in-person participation in the air monitoring workshop to build relationships with EPA and other agencies and to be able to visit with the exhibitors. But knowing in-person attendance is not possible for all, a virtual option will be available. The link for the virtual meeting is contained in the meeting agenda. Virtual attendees DO NOT need to complete this website registration. LOCATION:  Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown Emory, 130 Clairemont Ave, Decatur, GA 30030. The Air Monitoring Workshop will be held in the Decatur Room A. Vendor Exhibits will be held in the Henry Oliver Room. RESERVATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT LODGING: Hotel reservation deadline: Tuesday, April 14, 2026.  Rooms for State, Local, and Tribal attendees under group code “RFMRFMB” for the nights of May 5-7. The nightly sleeping room rate will be $179.00 plus tax per night for State, Local, and Tribal agency staff. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to create a new profile before you can log in and register. You will see an announcement for the "2026 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop" in the top banner. Click on "Begin Registration" at the bottom of this announcement. In the drop-down box for "This registration is for," click "Myself." Click on "Save Registration." This should complete your registration. After successfully completing your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation that your meeting registration is complete. Registration Fee: There is no registration fee for the staff of EPA or state, local or tribal agencies. AGENDA: A final agenda for the is attached below. Below is the general schedule: 10:00a.m. - 12:00a.m. ET Tuesday, May 5 – Open Exhibitor Area (S/L/T meet with exhbiitors for training/questions) 1:00p.m. – 4:30p.m. ET Tuesday, May 5 – Day 1 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop with Exhibition viewing from 1:00p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 9:00 a.m.- 4:30p.m. ET Wednesday, May 6 – Day 2 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop with Exhibition viewing all day. 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. ET Thursday, May 7 – Day 3 Region 4 Air Monitoring Workshop (State, Local, Tribal, and EPA attendees only). GROUND TRANSPORTATION: The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service. The Decatur MARTA station is 0.2 miles from the hotel. Overnight Self-Parking is $15 per night per vehicle. Daily Event Self-Parking is $15 per day. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION: Snacks and refreshments will be served throughout the meeting. All meals are on your own. Suggested attire is business casual.
